Senate set to probe former EFCC boss Ibrahim Larmorde.

A petition was written against EFCC chairman mr Ibrahim Lamorde by one Mr Geoge Ubo that the EFCC boss diverted  more than one trillion Naira funds  recovered by Anti graft agency from the former Governor of Bayelsa State , Alameieyeseigha and former Insoector of police Tafa Balogun

Both the petitioner and Mr Lamorde are to appear before the Senate Committee on Wednesday, for questioning over the alleged fraud said to have been committed during Mr Lamorde’s tenure as the Director of Operations of the EFCC between 2003 and 2007, as well as an Acting Chairman of the commission between June 2007 and May 2008.
