Last week I told you guys that we will be posting our MCM and WCW every week, here we are.. Blog readers are you ready to see our First WCW ? She is someone I admire so much, someone who rose from nothing to something, she inspires and motivates me. Reading about her gives me joy and hope. There is no day that passes that I don't read about her. I stalk her like chocolate lol. Yeah I love her that much. Blog reader make some noise for our first Blog WCW, she is no other person than the Nigeria famous blogger "LINDA IKEJI"
Now let's talk about her. Linda Ikeji is a simple , humble lady from Nkwerre in Imo State, she is a graduate of English from University of Lagos. She graduated the year 2003, she is from a family of 9, five sisters and a brother.
She used to be a model until she decided to turn to blogger. In 2003, she was the highest paid model in Nigeria, when she got half a million naira for a two year cosmetic contract she did and 300 thousand naira same year for MTN advert
In 2004 she started running her modeling agency called BlackDove models mgt but dumped her agency when she discovered her passion and love in writing .
On sunday 26 November 2006, Linda started her journey in the blogging world which was inspired by Bella Naija's blog who she described as a dynamite.
Since 2006 our dear Linda has refused to look back as she has taken her blog site to the next level.
In 2014 Linda Ikeji personally built a duplex for his father in Nkwerre their home town and acquire a N24 million 2014 model Range Rover Sport for herself . I feel u girl hard work pays.
Fast forward 2015, Linda Ikeji's blog have become Nigeria No1 blog site with the net worth of over 2 billion naira. 99 out of 100 Nigerian can't go a day without visiting Linda Ikeji's blog, she have her readers all over the world . She is living a luxury live , driving expensive cars and always on a vacation abroad with her family all to the glory of her blog site. Carry on girl you are the bomb.
I have only been blogging for few months and atimes I feel like giving up because blogging is one stressful career that needs consistency and hardwork but upon the stress my dear Linda scaled through like it's no big deal. I throw cap for you.
Whenever I feel like giving up in life, your story of humble beginning lift up my soul. Your hardwork inspires and motivates almost every young girl to work hard and I admire u the more for that.
Thank you Linda Ikeji for motivating me everyday. You are and will always be my role model.
